A free visitor account also allows you to manage profile listings on behalf of someone who is incarcerated.
With your account, you can:

- Upload or change photos and artwork
- Edit written statements and personal details
- Manage placement and visibility options
All profile-related actions are handled inside your visitor account.

- Renewal: $79.95
- Optional upgrades and enhancements: starting at $9.95
These options are available once you are signed in to your visitor account.
What happens at renewal?
When it’s time to renew a profile listing, you can make updates at no additional charge as part of the renewal process.
This includes:
- Updating photos or artwork
- Revising written statements
- Editing personal information
- Making general improvements to the profile
