Provide Your Details: Enter your valid email address, full name, state of residence, and age. For privacy reasons, only your first name, the initial of your last name, state, and age will be displayed to potential matches. Example: John S., 34, Texas.
Set Up a Secure Password: Choose a strong password to protect your account.
Agree to Privacy Policies: Review and agree to our privacy policies, ensuring that your personal information remains confidential.
Email Verification: Check your email for a verification link to confirm your account and complete the registration process.

Complete a Questionnaire to Find Compatible Pen Pals

Detailed Questionnaire: After registering, fill out a comprehensive questionnaire designed to match you with inmates who share similar interests and values.
- Personal Interests: Share your hobbies, favorite activities, and interests to find inmates with common ground.
- Preferences: Specify your preferences regarding the type of prison pen pals you wish to connect with, including gender, age range, and location.

View Your Matches: Once the matching process is complete, you will be able to view profiles of inmates who are most compatible with you. You can further filter your matches by state, age, gender, and interests to find the perfect pen pal.

Begin Correspondence via Letters or Emails, with Options for Privacy and Frequency of Communication

Explore Profiles: Browse through the profiles of your matched inmates. Each profile includes the inmate’s name, DOC number, personal details, interests, and a personal statement.
Initiate Contact: Select a profile and send a message to your chosen pen pal. You can start with a short introduction about yourself and express your interest in corresponding.
- Privacy Options: Choose to keep your initial communications anonymous until you feel comfortable sharing more personal details. Only your first name, last initial, state, and age are displayed initially.
- Communication Frequency: Decide how often you would like to correspond.
